I’m a Level 4 Pilates Therapist and Level 5 Sports Massage Therapist with over 10 years of experience helping clients move better, recover faster, and perform at their best.
My approach combines Pilates therapy, functional training, and sports massage with a strong focus on optimising biomechanics. This helps clients restore balance, improve posture, and enhance sports-specific performance.
Beyond physical training, I also provide lifestyle guidance to reduce chronic inflammation, supporting recovery and long-term healing from the inside out. By addressing both movement and daily habits, I help clients build resilience, prevent injury, and achieve sustainable results.
